How quick will you ship my order?
All our pet tags are engraved in-house in Australia. We ship your order within 1 business day, and try to get express orders out as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery options take 3-7 business days on average.
Express delivery currently takes 1-3 days on average, however please be patient with AusPost as they may be dealing with delays since COVID-19.
This means the total turnaround time from the moment you place your order, is approximately 4-10 business days for standard deliveries, and 2-5 business days for express deliveries.
