As many of you know, due to COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays in their postal network.
To combat this, we ship all tags within 1 business day from a customer placing an order.
At this time, most our tags have been delivered within the expected average time frame:
- 3-7 business days for standard deliveries
- 1-3 business days for express deliveries
However our tracking shows us that about 5% of all orders, in particular the ones from WA and VIC, are currently taking up to 3 weeks for delivery.
What to do if your order is delayed
As we understand it, Australia Post is overwhelmed with the many enquiries they’re currently receiving and there may not be much anyone can do other than continuing to wait.
You can check the tracking code you received in your order confirmation email from us – it will show in which facility your tag currently is, and if it’s marked as a delayed delivery.
